if you want to refund something, but you don't have the reciet, but the store knows it is their games, they'll give you something called store credit, which lets you get another game free.So, if the store gives you $15 store credit, you can get whatever out the gamestore for $15.Sometime they'll take the item you want to refund back or they will just let you keep it. hope this helps.

u mean gameshop credit and its when u sell or "trade" a game in and if you dont wanna buy anythin with the monney the shop give you u can ask for a receipt and its like a gift voucher and its like munny.

Store credit, is money on the card that can be used to buy anything in the store. You will be asked for this card when you purchase anything at Gamestop, they will tell you how to use it.
