What is Gartan outdoor centre like?

I'm going there on a residental, and i just want to know what the rooms are like, what you do and what the food is like :L I'm not expecting it to be amazing, but i would just like to have an idea what it's like. Oh, and it's in Letterkenny, Donegal.

i went there just last month with my school. we all had a great time. its got loads to do, the food is "okay" and the beds are comfy. you dont go there for the food , you go there for the experience. the water sports are great.

I went there a few years ago with my school. It was freezing and the amount of rain was unreal. I didn't like the food, when I went the pizza was rubber but it was the only thing that we were able to eat, the rest of the food was that bad. of course that could be all changed now. It's a small building. the rooms are small, cold but comfortable at the same time. one of the nights we had to sleep outside in the woods, so we never complained about the small room again. but there was another room, big room with a television, a recreation type of room. the building is surrounded by woods on one side and water on the other. it's still a fun place to go to though.

it's in the middle of nowhere, the nearest shop is ages away, then again I was walking. unless you go into letterkenny. but it's not as close as I thought it would be. it was about 25-30 mins on a bus.
