No one wants to live in Michigan because of our unfair tax system, so everybody wants to steal water from the great lakes. I think or socialist Governor will some day sell it

I don't know, but it's scary to imagine life without water.  It is a basic necessity.  If we have to ration our water that will be fine with me because I've visited countries where they do that, but Americans are not used to that.

As far as a plan goes, if the government has a plan they're not releasing that info. to the public yet.  It seems like they're just waiting it out to see a little longer.
