It's not "qin cen yetta." It's quincenera. It's a girls 15th birthday party. Kind of like a Sweet 16 in America. Hispanic girls, when they turn 15 "become a woman" and they get a HUGE formal party. It's cool, I've been to a few.

The word is "Quinceañera", it's a compound word:  "quince" means fifteen and "añera" means years old...  therefore "QUINCEAÑERA"
