handball is pretty much like football but u have to hit with hand .there is also a 6mt outside which u have 2 hit the ball into the net. u have 2 dribble the ball like basketball but by one hand only.

Hand ball is when you have a big four square ball and you hit it up against the wall with your hands. I always play against the garage door. You have to let the ball bounce on the ground once, then hit it, have it bounce on the ground once, then the ball should hit the wall, and then it starts all over again. It is a really fun game! You should try it!

its very fun. An intense game is the best cardio workout in handball cause you would constantly be moving and changing positions every sec or half sec. No other game homes ur reaction and cardio physique like handball together at the same time as well, except for maybe boxing. But take ur chances w/ handball.
