What is Harvard College? Not the university, but the college. Can high school students go there? From what years? How smart do you need to be? I'm from New Zealand and want to go - what is it?

It is for after High School. You have to have top grades in your class, be very active in other activities and score high on college acceptance tests like the ACT or SAT.    

Very hard to get into in.
