What is Heff's arrangement with the Girls Next Door?

I do not understand how Heff's relationship with his 3 girlfriends work. Is it some sort of contractual agreement? Do they get paid extra to be his girlfriends? Do they all sleep with him? Do they all sleep with each other?? Do they really love him? It's just so bizzare!

Only Holly is his gf, the others are also but less so. He uses them to pimp them out to clients - his house is a brothel where he throws s*x parties people pay a fee to go to and rent some of his playgirls to have s*x wtih in the rooms/pools. I guess those girls make the most for him so he keeps them in the house full time to rent out. Rich clients will call and ask how much a girl they like in his magazine costs, or they'll be invited to his parties to pick one out. Very trashy. I think Kendra or whatever the youngest girl's name is, she's cute how she doesn't conceal her disgust for Hef too well in the show and exposes it here and there lol, but of course she has to 'suck up' (pun intended) to her boss.

According to numerous tell-alls: There is no formal contract, there is an unspoken agreement and existing girlfriends show new girls the ropes. Official girlfriends (the ones who live in the mansion) get a cash allowance. Most of the former girlfriends who did tell-alls got $1000 per week, plus free hair, makeup, plastic surgery, and their (leased) cars paid for. Holly might get more as she's been there longer.

Hef throws 's*x nights' twice a week where all the girls (offical girlfriends, wannabe girlfriends, some Playmates or aspiring Playmates, or other girls) fake L*****n s*x while each one takes a turn to briefly ride him. They can say no, but if they saw no more than occasionally without a good reason they do not get the cash allowance that week and they might be asked to leave. The main girlfriend (currently Holly) shares his bed and is the only one to have s*x with him solo.

All these tell-alls are several years old so things might have changed since/

Bridget and Kendra don't seem to even pretend they love him. Holly claims to, but who knows? Kendra has said she was a drug addicted runaway and Hef 'saved' her, Holly first moved in when she begged Hef to give her a place to stay, because she was homeless, and Bridget was a struggling actress/model and had long been obsessed with being in Playboy. So they all had their motivations. Btw Bridget's husband divorced her last year. The divorce was final in December.

I don't think that there is actually a contractual agreement persay...they are all his girlfriends...who just happen to get along really well with one another,and who just happen to not mind sharing him...but since the beginning of time he has always had an entourage of chicks with him..all his favorite..I'm glad he has narrowed it down to 3....but they all compliment one another I think!!...and I think that they really do love him he's a great guy and he doesn't give the impression of being a pig..I don't think he takes advantage of them either....they are all playboy chicks...and there wouldn't be any playboy with out him!

Holly is the only one that sleeps with him. She's the main girlfriend. As for the rest of the other girls they're just his non physical girlfriends. They dont get paid to be his girlfriends, but he does pay for their trip and expenses. i think Holly is the only one that really loves him the rest of them i heard have boyfriends. i heard Bridgette is married?

Well your question has a VERY interesting answer:

a close friend of mine is friends with a current playmate.

the playmate told the friend of mine that heff RARELY has s*x with any of the girls.

the reasoning for this: he likes anal s*x with other guys.

Even the girls have talked openly about s*x with Hef. According to them, everything is done together.

Holly obviously has a little more private time, considering she's the main girlfriend, but Kendra and Bridget are just the "icing on the cake", according to Bridget herself. They do sleep with him, as in foursomes and just one on one, but I doubt like Kendra and Holly do it without Hef and Bridget, if you get what I mean? I doubt there's a "contract" with him, but they probably do get paid for being on the show. And a few answers up, Bridget is seperated from her husband. But the reality of the matter is, if he wasn't Hugh Hefner, the girls probably wouldn't be with him.
