What is Holden Caulfield's weight in Catcher in the Rye?

Holden Caulfield is the main character in the book Catcher in the Rye. I really need this answer :D

  1. Great question, but I really don't think it's ever revealed.

    He says he's really tall (6' 2"?) and has some gray hair, so he looks older than he is, but I don't think he mentions his weight.

    He says he's a pretty weak guy, and refers to himself as puny in comparison to guys like Stradlater, so I imagine he's very thin.

    Thats about as far as my memory serves me, though.

I don't remember any reference to it.  There are numerous online resources to help you with The Catcher in the Rye, most of which analyze the story, discuss themes and symbolism and other literary devices, and give character sketches.  If you do a search you will find many helpful resources.  Additionally hundreds of questions have been asked here on Y!A about The Catcher in the Rye so do a search for it in the Yahoo Answers search window and you will find lots of Q’s and A’s that should help you.    A couple of these links have quite a few quotes from the novel.
