What is Hypo-Allergenic eye gel?

Its No7 Awakening Eye Gel, what does this do and where should i apply it?

You apply it to your eyelid, right up to your brow bone and also under your eyes too (where the dark circles usually are) and it soothes the area and also tightes the skin too whilst adding the nutrients like vitamin e into your skin.  vitamin e is very good for your skin.  Its similar to why women use cucumber on thier eyes because it reduces puffyness and cucumber is very soothing, so all in all the eye gel does a really good job in a skin care routine.  I would probably apply it before bed time on a clean face.

My sis used this... What it does is soothes, smooth's and protect's delicate eye area's. I believe you just apply it onto the eye lids...

But what she does is apply small dots of gel to outer corner of eye area and gently pat. Try to avoid direct contact with your eye...  Gentle for all skin types...

I think its just gentle to the skin, apply to eyelids and under eye area. It will helps remove puffiness by tightening skin.

I use a boots Botanical stuff made from Echinacea all the Botanics range is nice quality.
