  1. ISO means that you have a plan,procedure and Quality Assurance in place. Essentially it means you are going to make the same product each and every time the way you have outlined you would, ISO doesn't tell how to do it it just audit your business to ensure you are doing things as you stated you would, you could make square baseballs and still be ISO certified.
