  1. kant argues that an ethical person makes no exception for whatever the situation is. the duty is to remain impartial with everyone no especial treatments even if is a death situation i shall not still medicine for my mom because she is a relative and if i do this exception then i shall do exception for everyone and as you know exceptions cant be granted to everyone so kant argues that it wouldnt be ethical to allow exception to some people and not others therefore not allowing any exception is ethical duty.
