dhal, rice, subji, chapati, Mattar paneer,Masala Dhosa, Mumbhai aloo, Dahi wada, Ghol Gupa.  achar, pani, raita, papadom, Gulab jamun and oooh! Ras Malai...I just gained 2 kilos thinking about it.,.....all vegetarian though....
