Well the idea is good, but there are still some goons that still kill the girl child and keep making boys....cause they still think boys earn the money for the house and girls marriage needs dowry.

India has 2 children policy!

But its not compulsory! Also most of the Indians r poor and uneducated who r unware of problems created by overpopulation!

India have a family planning policy and implementing it successfully through years. Some sort of fanatic religions restrain their  folks from it. India is in its growth path with a slow but steady pace. its the biggest democracy in the world it will take time...
