What is Indiana law on forclosure eviction and what is the process?

What kind of notices do you recieve and how much time do they give you? Are they required to give a 30 day eviction notice?

A tenant gets 30 day notice from a landlord.  You are not a tenant.  YOu get a letter from the lender saying that you have until ___ to pay up .  If you don't pay by that date, the sheriff will escort you out.  WHy?  Because you are no longer the owner and you have to leave. Get packed. When the sheriff arrives, you move right then.
