What is internet broadcasting? why is it better than tv broadcasting and radio broadcasting? What impact does it have for the future?

Internet broadcasting? isnt it the same as Live Broadcasting which may means broadcast LIVE?

as far as im concerned live broadcasting is much better than tv, or radio broadcasting in a way to make 'personalised' contents on internet?

You can broadcast yourself to the world and all you need is a webcam and internet. isnt it fascinating? There are already several sites where you can broadcast yourself.
