  3. jk is right, its a harp on a field of blue. Not many people know this, but blue is actually the national colour of Ireland (yes blue, not green!). The harp is the symbol and crest.

    Ulster is the hand, Munster is the crowns, Leinster is the harp and the eagle and armed hand are Connacht.

  6. No idea. I live in N. Ireland so we have only the British coat of Arms here. It has Scotland, Wales, England and N. Ireland all equally represented on it. Its cool. Dont know anything about Southern Ireland Coat of Arms.
