What is Kara Gear?!?!?

What is Kara Gear in world of war craft? I am almost level 70 and i am looking for a raiding gear and they all say Kara Gear or better. I am currently level 68 marks hunter

'Kara gear' is gear found off bosses in the Karazhan instance in Deadwind Pass.  It is the first raiding instance in the series of raiding instances in World of Warcraft's Burning Crusade.
