my answer would be too hasty and biased if i had to answer this quickly. however, i will give feedback on teams.

West:

1) Rockets (good team, last year were expected to be the next shaq-kobe mix [yao and t-mac], and with the help of scola and others, very good chances.)

2) Hornets (chris paul, chandler, and a reawakened peja stoja. will be a tough contender team)

3) Spurs (obviously, look for them to do good this year as part of there 4+ every other year championship repetition)

4) Jazz (probually good idea keeping them at 4, they need one more star.)

5) Suns (GREAT chances. veteran shaq, healthy stoudamire, MVP nash, i just love to watch this team)

6) Mavericks (dirk, kidd, terry, stackhouse, and howard will be extreme competitors once they click better.)

7) Trailblazers (don't watch them too much, sorry.)

8) Nuggets (AI and melo may do better than 8 this year, just because of their teamwork.)

9) Lakers (not a good spot for them. kobes all around, fishers 3, odom is slowing down but rookies are starting to light up the bench [1 of the 3 best benches this year-celtics,lakers,pistons])

10) Warriors(not too much potential. bad trades)

11) Kings(higher up there... 18 winning streak)

12) Timberwolves(getting back on their feet from garnett trade)

13) Sonics/ Thunder(both no chance what so ever, thunder is 13 because of #4 overall pick, and sonics are struck with the loss of allen)

14) Clippers(no.)

15) Grizzlies(horrible trade with gasol...)

East:

1) Celtics(good results last year.)

2) Pistons(''}

4) 76ers(elton brand, igoudala, dalembert and i forgot the other dude. good team)

5) Wizards(big three is really all they have. develop a better bench)

6) Raptors(not good enough to be here w/o vince, lucky last year.

7) Cavaliers(way higher. lebrons entering his prime, and ben wallace was off last year. look for him to emerge reminding us why he's an all sstar)

8) Heat(higher, man! marion, wade, and beasley. unfortunate for the shaq trade but still.)

9) Pacers(all depends on jermaine.)

10) Bulls(a little higher. deng, hinrich, gordon?, rose, and friends.)

11) Hawks(higher also... bibby, joe johnson hits you all ways, and i forgot the other stars name but they matched his offer and he's staying.)

12) Nets(might be a little higher if vince can click)

13) Bobcats(good choice down there.)

14) Knicks(lower.)

Mamn. IF i may say you  are pointing out  something that makes nothing bad. They are a winning, proud, and sucseffull team. He's simply doing this as a congratalatory gesture. If you find this wrong, you are someone who is  pointing out a perfectly fine thing in a great man. Kobe is one of the best evers and he has learned that if he does these things it could help his team be the best. I hope you think twice before posting somthing like this again.
