  1. Do you mean Hor Fun? It is a Chinese noodle dish. You can buy from most of the Chinese eateries. Here is a simple and basic recipe you can try and modify according to your own preferences, you may get the ingredients from any Asian markets or grocery stores;

    1kg flat Chinese rice noodle

    300g prawns - shelled

    300g pork - sliced thinly

    500g Kai Lian or Chinese mustard leaves - cut into chuck size

    4 tablespoons light soya sauce

    3 tablespoons dark soya sauce

    2 tablespoons sugar

    1 teaspoon white pepper powder

    3 tablespoons cooking oil

    1 cup water with 2 tablespoons of cornflour mixed in

    Stir fry the pork and prawn with oil in a non-stick pan first, and then add the remaining ingredients into the pan. Cook for 10 minutes or until everything is well mixed and cooked.

  2. Is it can fun or chow fun.

    They have those dishes at PF Changs.

    I'm sure you could also buy ingredients to make the dishes!

  3. Koh Fun is cooked glutinous rice flour. If you want to do it yourself, you can steam plain glutinous rice flour for about 30 mins. Remove and put in a microwavable glass bowl lined with greaseproof paper. Microwave on high 1 minute at a time (or 30 sec intervals if your microwave is quite powerful) until the flour is slightly brown (time depends on the amount of flour). You can also bake the flour in the oven until browned, at about 160 deg Celsius. You may be able to buy ready prepared koh fun, something like this http://home-and-garden.webshots.com/phot...
