of course that is all he does and people want to get mad at juan pablo but he felt he was wronged and took it out on kyle which probably means that kyle deserved it... and juan pablo will get docked points but it doesn't seem like he cares and thats what makes good drivers, people who want to race and don't care what it takes... i have gained some respect for montoya

JPM admitted to hitting Kyle on purpose & Kurt did win the race & congrats to him but I think everyone knows that he wouldn't have won if the race wasn't called because of rain but it's an official win in the record book for Kurt

Kyle didnt hit him on purpose I think it was just trying to get in line and racing. Where as Juan purposely hit Kyle he said it for a fact. And he said that Kyle intentionally hit him but you cant go off of what he said that kyle did. Plain and simple with Juan stating that he hit him on purpose he will probably be suspended.
