    La Royal Sport Nautique de Bruxelles is the oldest water-sports club in Belgium.  You can read a narrative by Robert Louis Stevenson, in his book "An Inland Voyage."

    It was originally created as "Water Sports of Brussels,"  in July, 1865.  In 1868 it was granted the title of "Royal."

    Basically, it's an international rowing competition group, or club.
