What is Las Vegas like ??

Hello gorgeous yahoo friends and good morning if you are in London!

Anybody been to Vegas, I'm going in like 2 weeks, any advice?? :-)

I live in Las Vegas.  I will tell you that everything is going on 24 hours a day and that it is a very expensive... although you are in London so you will be fine. :)  But all of the touristy things are kind of pricey and not so entertaining.  I don't know, I am not a big fan of gambling so whatever, but some people get really into that.  Free drinks if you do, but don't forget to tip the waitress.  It is hot as heck here but dry. Also, they sell everything with s*x.  You will see a grocery store ad with some chick with her butt hanging out.  It's a lot to get used to, but you will have a fun "foreign" experience.  Party town!

Good morning from Germany. It's like a huge amusement park where everything is fake, including the people. A weekend in Vegas is an experience, longer than that is a waste of time. Unless you like amusement parks, of course. The days of Vegas cool died a long time ago right along with Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and the rest when people acted and partied like grown ups. But since you are going anyway, just avoid the complimentary rum punch. Having said that, have fun luv!
