  1. depends the country, depends the months of the year, depends the region, for example Ecuador: at the coast is sunny most all the time, at the mountains is template sometimes with rains, sometimes with sun, is the same in Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Argentina Uruguay, they have winter is very cold during may to September, central America i think its more or less the same as Ecuador,

  2. Tropical. The times I have been to Central America it's hot and humid in the daytime and raining in the nights but yeah one word....HOT!

  3. Latin America is quite a big region. There are all kind of climates in Latin America. In the south, where Chile, Argentina and Uruguay are, is as cold as Europe. Plus you have to remember that lots of parts in Latin America are very montainous. The places in high altitude are cold too. Cities like Mexico City, Bogotá, La Paz, Quito, etc are cold even beeing near the Equator because of the altitude. The places at low altitude, nevertheles tends to be hot. In the Amazonic region it's very rainy too.

Portugueses and Spanish settled Latin America. Although Latin American people descent of other people too.

  4. Sunny and Warm.  Sometimes it rains but always WARM.
