What is Low Emission Glass?

I'm curious to know what, precisely, Low Emission Glass is, and I really need a link to a website if possible.

You probably mean gas - not glass..............it's to do with "green" fuel for vehicles.....pushing out less CO2

Try glass  made from hemp fibre.  Not only is it environmentally friendly to produce its also like superman - stronger than steel.  Which is the same glass that was used in the for Supermarine Spitfire windscreens.

Low-emissivity glass is a material that reflects a significant amount of this radiant heat that comes from the sun. This causes a lowering of the total heat flow through the window.

simple low-e coating helps to reduce heatloss but allows the room to be warmed by any sunshine.
