What is Marketing Ed?

I am going into tenth grade and on my school schedule I have marketing ed for last period. Can someone explain a little about what this is ?

"Marketing Education" is a course wherein the basics of business marketing are discussed.  This course explains the basics of business advertising (marketing) to give you an exposure to that form of American Economics and how you can and do effect it in society.

Marketing Education - gives you an overview of the principles of marketing (typically in the business world).

It's education about how corporate America is making you a tool of the man.  You will learn how we are exploited and most importantly how to fight the power.  It's an awesome class.
