I'm working on starting a genre fiction book club, and MM is one of the major names for both scifi and fantasy - I've read some Elric, but I'm wondering if any of his others would be a good read, sure to generate lots of discussion.

  1. Behold the Man is my favorite, and I 'm sure it would generate lots of discussion.  It's not necessarily scifi or fantasy though.  It's about a man who goes back in time (the only scifi element of the novella probably) and he basically becomes Christ.

My second favorite is the Warhound and the World's Pain.  It's fantasy.  A man travelling comes to castle.  There he meets the Devil who tells him that he wants to reconcile with God but he isn't able to let God know.  The man is unsure whether to believe and help him or not because, well, he is the devil.
