What is Microsoft.NET Framework 2.0???

I'm uninstalling it because it keeps bringing pop-ups about stuff... While i'm using Vixy Converter Beta on my PC...

Is it important?

I wont give you a complete technical breakdown, but yes, it is very important as many applications use it, and the popups could most likely be for an update, etc.

Or they could be for something else that is claiming to use .NET framework and is spyware, etc.

I have a feeling you need to update to Framework 3.0 though, and thats what the pop-ups are about. (Just a guess)
