not sure on speeling i heard it mentioned on iron chef i think

  1. Moroccan Almond Milk

    Ingredients:

        * 600 g Almonds

        * 1 L milk

        * 300 g powder sugar

        * (you can use splenda that measures like sugar. tastes great)

        * cinnamon

    Directions:

       1. Boil milk and plunge almonds, let cook for 5 minutes.

       2. take the almonds out and press them with hand to remove skin. then wipe them.

       3. in a mixer, pour the previously boiled ( cooled enough) milk to the mixer, sugar, and almonds.

       4. Mix it all for a few seconds. the drink should have small pieces of almonds, do not mix until it's all liquid.

       5. add cinnamon or flower water, depending on your taste

       6. place in fridge for one hour and serve fresh
