  1. Motivation is very important to managing a staff.  If they feel unappreciated then they will not want to work.  If they feel helpful and appreciated then they will.  Find out from them what will help them to be motivated.  A game table of some sort for breaks,  toys on site, shorter more frequent breaks, snacks on site, commisions, prizes for best ?, etc.  Be creative and open minded.
