What is Naruto rated in Japan?

Over here in America, Naruto is PG; is it PG or TV14 over in Japan for its use of Language that is taken out of the show when brought to America?

i heard that Naruto was meant for teenagers, so thats why they having cussing and violence in the show.

but kids can watch these stuff in JApan.i have a friend that said she was allow to watch the rated stuff

nonono in Japan, it's actually normal for kids to watch this kinda stuff. but i guess in america they think the kids can't handle the blood and the suggestive situations. so they have to edit it or give it a teen rating.

i agree with ninjamay they edit the stuff that's bad out

because it's on cartoon network if they didin't they

would probably put ti on adult swim.
