What is Neale Daniher now doing? Will he be with the Eagles next year?

Word is, in WA, that Neale Daniher will be appointesd Football Operations Manager (similar to Balme at Geelong, Connolly at Melbourne etc) by WCE for next year.

The current manager looks like being moved to something else while two of the club's assistant coaches, Tony Micale & Darren Harris, will not have their contracts renewed a the end of the season.

I don't know what he is doing now.

I also don't know whether he will be at the Eagles next year, either.

What I do know is that if the Eagles think that sacking two of it's coaches & giving another of it's management personel a sideways flick - & replacing them with "three wise men from the east" will change their fortunes on the playing field - then they are barking up the wrong tree.

The Eagles don't want recycled failures in these positions!

Yeah, I can't remember what he's doing now, but he is still involved in the AFL. I wouldn't be surprised if he took that job at WCE, since many ex-coaches do that sort of thing.
