I am not sure what you are talking about the 'official slogan' but the offical emblem of Nepal states: 'जननी जन्मभूमिश्च स्वर्गादपि गरियसि' or Janani Janmabhumischa sworgadapi gariyesi. The english translation of the statement means 'Mother and Motherland are higher than Heaven'.

At present, political parties and leaders are talking about 'New Nepal' which you may also call as slogan but it may not be an official one.
