The New World Order is the term used to describe what the world will be like if the UN's Agenda 21 is achieved worldwide.  It is already being implemented in the US.

there members depends on who's telling you but since the N.W.O. doesn't really exist there members are kind of a mute point

The term "new world order" has been used to refer to a new period of history evidencing a dramatic change in world political thought and the balance of power. The first usages of the term surrounded Wilson's Fourteen Points.

However, the term also describes the conspiracy theory that asserts a powerful and secretive group is plotting to eventually rule the world via an autonomous world government. Conspiracy theorists think that Cecil Rhodes founded the organization, which is why he advocated for Federal World Government, with English as the lingua franca (in reality, Cecil Rhodes was just a racist and wanted, like so many other men, to see the world dominated by his race and culture... hence existed "Rhodesia"). N.W.O. theorists think that the Rhodes Scholars are meant to be indoctrinated into the order.

Basically they think that every person with financial or political power is a member of this secret organization, including the Bush family because Bush Sr. used the term new world order after the cold war ended... but all he meant was the U.S. was now the sole superpower (although... we do meddle in pretty much every country's affairs now.) They also think that everything is a symbol, from random murals and buildings to the U.S. Seal... which makes no sense because the seal was first used publicly in 1782, over seventy years before Rhodes was born. Supposedly multi-national organizations are fronts for N.W.O. blah blah blah people have too much time on their hands and not enough sense.
