  1. its a vermouth  ,available from all good  off licenses like threshers or victoria wine

  2. NOLLY PRATT VERMOUTH, or NOLLY PRATT M, QUARTER HORSE, 1969, but I assume you are looking for the vermouth here's a recipe for you my compliments:

    MARTINI

    tanqueray or saphire

    nolly pratt vermouth

    angosta bitters

    3:1:dash

    or, more traditional

    sweet vermouth

    orange bitters

    same proportions

no twists, no booze in the freezer (you need the ice to melt a bit to soften things and blend the flavors), stirred, not shaken(not because it 'bruises the gin' or any c**p like that, but b/c it's a clear cocktail, which you always stir, so it's clear, not cloudy).

hope this helps.           good luck and enjoy.

  7. A French Odyssey, with Rick Stein

A visit to the producers of one of the region's most famous vermouth's, Noilly Prat, inspired Rick to cook a classic dish of John Dory with a vermouth sauce. This fortified wine is made from local grapes like Picpoul and Clairette, and left in oak barrels exposed to the Mediterranean sun for nearly a year. It's then fortified with eau de vie, a potent local brandy, and a secret blend of 21 herbs and spices.

  8. Its a vermouth....similar to Martini, or Cinzano.....havent seen it around for a while, but you might be able to get it at your nearest off license
