What is Obama's plan for change?

How does Obama plan on fixing our economy, or get us out of this god forsaken war, or improve our dependence on Oil, and even help slower the effects of global warming?

Please give me real answers that you can prove where you read it or heard so I can look up for myself, not just examples that you think you heard on the TV or Radio or may have read in the paper. I am very interested to find out how he plan on making all these changes.

I appreciate any help on any of the concerns I have listed.

Thank you all for your time an effort to helping me find "the truth".
