  1. Are you currently homeschooling?  If so, then your parents need to make a transcript.  If you use a correspondance school, then you need to get it from them.

A transcript is a list of all your high school (and sometimes middle school) courses, how many credits you earned in them, and your grade.

Here is a place to make a free one:

    http://teascript.com/

Here is a site from a Y!A member:

    http://www.yourstudentportfolio.com/

And a place to get all sorts of forms for report cards, transcripts, portfolios, etc.:

    ...her transcipt page:

    Another great source for info:

    And HSLDA's info:

    HTH!

If you're not currently HS'ing, then you need to ask your current school for your transcript.  They may have to send it directly to the school you're applying to.  This is for security so you can't change/forge it.  You should have copies of your grade/report cards.

  2. this would be a official record of grades and classes taken from the last school you attended. You request them to send it to the school you are applying to.

If you haven't attended a school then your parents would create your transcript based on your home studies.
