Since d**k Cheney decided that the office of the VP is not part of the executive branch and was "attached" to the legislative branch by the Constitution, it appears that we have been asking the wrong question about Sarah Palin around here.

According to d**k Cheney, Palin would not be an executive. Her executive experience is irrelevant.

Is being on the city council of Wasilla, Alaska for a couple of years Palin's only legislative experience?
