What is Paris Hilton actually famous for?

Besides being a Hilton. It seems it has only been a few years she has been in the spotlight. Before 2004 I did not even know who she was. And are Paris and Nicky Hilton twins?

Paris Hilton is famous for her reality tape and for Simple Life.  This was enhanced by the fact that she is granddaughter of the hotel magnate Conrad Hilton.  I would compare her fame with that of Anna Nicole.  We are interested whether we want to admit it or not.

They are not twins.  She's famous for being a Hilton, but Paris want's to make her own money and be her own person, so she promotes herself.  She's written 2 books, starred on a hit TV show for 5 years, done movies, made cd's, done modeling, and has a line of perfume, clothing, shoes, and handbags.  She's very hard working, and has never said anything mean about anyone.  I'm a big fan.
