  1. Some restaurants will have a special menu for different sections of the restaurant.  Usually it's a lighter version of the full dinner menu.  That's what a patio or bar menu would be.

    A dim sum menu is entirely different.  Dim sum is Chinese "small dish" food, with things like dumplings, small pieces of fried seafood, other misc. small plates.
