What is Pelosi's problem with free speech and with her trying to get it stifled in only certain mediums (we already have NPR)? What is the richest member of the House afraid of if there is nothing to fear but fear itself?

  1. Her problem is that she is a liberal/socialist and a dumb one at that.

  2. her problem is that mainly she is an idiot. She owes her father her career, born and raised her in Maryland, and obviously didnt find a plastic surgeon on the East coast that was competent, she moved to Ca.When the now Governor of Maryland,Martin Omalley was sworn in,his first error in bad judgement was to have ol  silicone Nancy speak at his inauguration dinner, when she announced Martin Omalley, she announced him as the new governor of California. Her big problem with free speech is that it she feels it only applies to her and her band moronic supporters, she cant take criticism in any form, nor can she accept truth,in short its only ok when and if it benefits her and her political agenda.

  3. Because the people only need one view, hers

The rest will be gotten rid of via the Fairness Doctrine

  4. Equal time?  Then we'd have to get rid of most media since there are like three conservatives on the radio and every other news program is liberal.  ;)

Anyways the First Ammendment makes it illegal to make any legislation concerning free speach.  So passing any law regarding it would be unconstitutional.  This also leaves State, Community, and Companies free to discriminate and censor any media that occurs in the state.

THE FIRST AMMENDMENT STOPS FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FROM CENSORING BUT NOBODY ELSE!

  5. Pelosi is an idiot. She believes as many dems do, that the only speech that should be free is speech she agrees with.

  6. What I really want to know is how the Supreme Court , any court would not rule it UN-Constitutional?? I guess just another example of our DEAD Constitution
