Pop. Sovereignty is for the people by the people...  which is basically an attempt to spread equality through our rights as a people.

Our vote is part of pop. sovereignty but our vote is partially violated by the electoral college.....

we believe that equality through our liberties a.k.a. rights making everyone equal......

Popular sovereignty is the idea that the people are in charge of the government and the government is responsible to the people.  Only democratic forms of government exhibit the idea of popular sovereignty.
