The Princes' staff read all of their e-mails and pass on the ones they think will be of interest.I don't think that you will be able to convince the staff to pass on your e-mail to William.Kate Middleton has already been vetted by the Queen;I think the Palace knows all they need to know about Catherine Middleton.Unless you know something that Ms. Middleston has done that is so terribly illegal,and have proof, and that the Palace doesn't know about,you have very little chance of getting through.

The only other ways to reach William are still through his father at Clarence House.I am including the telephone number,but again,staff take care of everything.In order to have personal phone numbers,you have to already know the Prince.
