I just received a letter from them saying i owe 89 dollars... I don't understand i'm only 18 have no bills or credit cards i'm just a full time student don't even have a job, my parents pay for school. why would i owe them this money. I'm confused can anyone help???

I would get a copy of your credit report immediately.

That will tell you who has been poking around your financial business.  If there is a charge on there that is not yours, you can dispute it and the credit report company is required by law to remove it, thereby preserving your good credit.
