I think the things that you have stated in your question are most likely the reason that Ricky doesn't seem to have a website, as don't you think that it is his right to go to nascar if he wants to.  

Supercross riders usually put their bodies through an incredible amount in the time they are racing, with broken bones being something that usually happens with regularity.  Ricky has also proven all he needs to on a motorbike so if he wants to try something else that is his business.  

If you are desperate to contact him find out who his agent is.
