  1. No there is not anything called by roman arabic.

  2. Spoken Urdu and Hindi written in English alphabets is called Roman English in the south east Asian continent.  You can also write Arabic and Hebrew in Roman English.

Roman English can be used to write any language of the world.  e.g., "I"  Alif.  Baa in Arabic.

  3. Roman English is just English written using the English alphabets. Yes. Roman Arabic and Hebrew, more commonly referred to Romanized Arabic and Romanized Hebrew, refers to the transliteration of those languages using the English alphabets.

For an example, instead of typing this Arabic phrase كيفك؟ (How are you?), if someone can't read Arabic but wants to know how to say it, I would write: Keyfak? That is how it is read in Arabic, but written in the English (Latin based) alphabet.

Or, the Hebrew phrase מה שלומך? (How are you?), I would write in in Romanized Hebrew: Mashlomcha? That way, for those who can't read the language, or those who do not have the language enabled on their keyboard can see and read what I'm trying to say.

Romanized Arabic and Romanized Hebrew is the equivalent of both languages being written using the English alphabet, also known as transliteration.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have other questions =]
