What is SOS ?[the game]?

so,i was just wondering what's the game sos about and how do you play it.

no dumb remarks just wondering.

 it's a game similar to tic tac toe. you make as many squares as you want on a paper, the more squares the better. one person writes in any square the letter "s" or "o". then another does the same. try to catch somewhere on the board where you can complete it to be an "sos" in 3 boxes.
