On websites i see people call themselves SXE and straight edge, what is SXE and straight edge? what makes these people sxe or straight edge? what do they like and do thats makes them this? But basically just what is it?

SXE and straight edge are the same thing. or you will see x*x. in that case, each X resembles no drugs, no alcohol, and no s*x. in some cases, straight edge people want no s*x until marriage or just no casual s*x.

i am straight edge because i don't like diluting my mind with substances that blur my memory or put me in any other state of mind that is not natural. i do not drink alcohol because it makes you look like a jackass and you make bad decisions while being drunk.

some straight edge people treat the lifestyle as a cult. there are stories about straight edge groups beating down people who are under the influence. this can go more in depth but i am sleepy. i hope this answerd your question. :D
