She's got no voting history, except maybe on some speed limit ordinances in the little town in Alaska where she was Mayor.

Since she is not (and has never been) a member of Congress, these are foreign issues to her.  She has never voted on a meaningful piece of legislation regarding either of these topics.  It is possible that she does not have a formal position on either issue yet, since she has never needed to have one previously.
