  1. Glenshee is the biggest resort and has lots of varying degrees of runs it is good if you get the snow and the weather. The Lecht is also good but is quite small, it often has snow when the others don`t, it has recently been refurbished, and has a new chairlift, and lovely `American Style` cafe and hire centre. Glencoe is very small and often storm bound. The Cairngorms is good too, and also has runs for all stages. Nevis range is quite small, but beautiful.

The scenery from all the resorts are spetacular, if you get the weather, but you need to remember that the weather can close in very quickly, so even if it is a lovely day in the car park, dress warmly and wear your jacket, as by the time you get to the top it can be and often is a blizzard!

It is often said that you havent skied until you`ve skied in Scotland, due to different weather and snow types from soft powder to skiing on ice! But it is great experience for you and once you can ski in Scotland you can go anywhere in the world and it seems so easy and effortless!!

It`s great to support your local resorts, as they really need it.

  5. Glencoe - I went there and it was amazing i was learning to ski and snowboard, it was so hard in the beginning and my first time. I fell so much.. but the scenery is breath taking, it was so beautiful. And the weather has been really good for Scotland latley, tomorrow we are supposed to be getting snow in the Highlands. :D
