This is to inform the public that Emilio gan together with Siok Leng Gan and Winston So are all scammer.  They cheat alumni of large amount for donation for this and for that purpose.

They are also involved in the so called PCHS online donation scam.

Ignacio Gan i guess he is the younger brother of Emilio Gan also a scammer and con artist.

Gan Chuan Su i guess he is the husband of Lee Lai Gan is it ?
